海外认证支持经理/高级经理（Certification Support Manager / Senior Manager）

主要职责 负责公司整车产品（含新能源车型）出口至全球目标市场的准入认证全流程管理，确保产品符合当地法规与技术标准，为海外市场开拓提供法规合规性保障，并管理认证生命周期。 认证策略与规划：配合属地认证团队策划针对海外目标市场的整车产品海外认证计划，制定详细的认证方案并推动执行。组织解读目标市场的车辆法规体系（包括安全、环保、EMC等）。 全流程项目管理：负责海外车型型式认证的全流程管理，包括认证方案策划、技术文件准备、进度推进、试验协调组织及最终申报实施。主导或协调认证样车的准备、测试、文件提交及与海外认证机构（如欧盟TÜV、ECE等）的技术沟通。 跨部门协同与转化：凭借对整车开发流程的了解，协同研发、质量、生产、采购、营销等内部部门，确保产品设计、开发与生产符合海外认证要求，并将认证要求转化为具体的产品设计输入和生产质量控制点。 任职要求 教育背景：全日制大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、汽车检测、电子工程等相关工程技术类专业。 工作经验： 2-5年汽车行业工作经验，其中至少2年以上专注于海外产品认证领域，有成功的整车海外认证项目经验者优先。 专业知识与技能： 熟悉整车开发流程、产品结构及基本原理。 精通全球主要市场（如欧盟ECE、美国EPA/SAE、海湾GCC、澳大利亚ADR等）的汽车产品强制性法规、认证标准及申报流程。 具备新能源车型（三电系统）、右舵车型、模块化平台认证经验者将获得优先考虑。 了解NCAP测试、网络安全、软件更新等相关要求者优先。 熟练运用项目管理工具，具备优秀的项目管理、协调和问题解决能力。 语言能力：具备优秀的英语听说读写能力 Main Responsibilities Responsible for the full process management of the company's vehicle products (including new energy vehicle models) for export to global target markets, ensuring that the products comply with local regulations and technical standards, providing regulatory compliance guarantees for overseas market development, and managing the certification lifecycle. Certification strategy and planning: Cooperate with the local certification team to plan overseas certification plans for vehicle products targeting overseas target markets, develop detailed certification plans, and promote implementation. Organize the interpretation of the vehicle regulatory system in the target market, including safety, environmental protection, EMC, etc. Full process project management: Responsible for the full process management of overseas vehicle type certification, including certification scheme planning, technical document preparation, progress promotion, test coordination organization, and final application implementation. Lead or coordinate the preparation, testing, document submission, and technical communication with overseas certification agencies (such as EU T Ü V, ECE, etc.) for certification samples. Cross departmental collaboration and transformation: With an understanding of the vehicle development process, collaborate with internal departments such as R&D, quality, production, procurement, and marketing to ensure that product design, development, and production meet overseas certification requirements, and translate certification requirements into specific product design inputs and production quality control points. Job Requirements Education background: Full time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive testing, electronic engineering, or related engineering and technical fields. hands-on background: 2-5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years of focus on overseas product certification. Successful experience in overseas vehicle certification projects is preferred. Professional knowledge and skills: Familiar with the entire vehicle development process, product structure, and basic principles. Proficient in mandatory regulations, certification standards, and declaration processes for automotive products in major global markets such as EU ECE, US EPA/SAE, Gulf GCC, Australian ADR, etc. Those with experience in certification of new energy vehicle models (three electric systems), right-hand drive vehicles, and modular platforms will be given priority consideration. Knowledge of NCAP testing, network security, software updates, and other related requirements is preferred. Proficient in using project management tools, possessing excellent abilities in project management, coordination, and problem-solving.
