海外采购经理/高级经理（Procurement Manager / Senior Manager）

职责描述： 1.负责签约项目开发阶段的项目采购全业务管理、项目需求分解及跟踪、后台资源协调拉动； 2.负责立项车型成本管理，承接公司降本指标，主要降本指标的分解及落地； 3.负责零部件设计变更的成本管理，变更进度及变更方案评审； 4.负责项目各阀点交付物的达成过程管理及交付物的提交（成本&周期&合同等）； 5.负责新定点零部件开发协议签订，项目开发费、模具费、及样件采购全过程管理； 6.对接项目过程中客户诉求和推动问题解决，负责项目开发过程的风险识别及升级处置； 7.负责项目开发过程的各项数据或资料的整理及存档。 教育背景： 通常要求拥有供应链管理、物流、商业管理或相关领域的学士学位。 拥有MBA或相关领域的高级学位者优先。 5. 工作经验： 至少3-5年在汽车或相关行业的供应链开发和管理经验。 有海外工作经验或与国际供应商合作的经验者优先。 语言能力： 流利的英语沟通能力，能够作为工作语言。 Job Description: 1. Coordinate customer demands and promote problem resolution during the project process, responsible for risk identification and upgrading disposal in the project development process; 7. Responsible for organizing and archiving various data or materials during the project development process. Educational Background: Usually, a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related fields is required. Priority will be given to those with an MBA or advanced degree in a related field. 5. Work experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain development and management in the automotive or related industries. Overseas work experience or experience working with international suppliers is preferred. language ability Fluent English communication skills, able to serve as a working language.
