海外KD项目管理经理/高级经理（KD Project Manager / Senior Manager）

岗位职责： 负责制定项目计划与时间表，确保项目目标清晰且可执行。 协调项目团队资源，推动跨部门协作以优化进度。 监控项目风险与质量，及时诊断问题并采取应对措施。 管理项目预算与成本，监督支出在合理范围内。 沟通项目状态与需求，维护与相关方的有效对接。 优化项目管理流程，提升团队执行效率与交付质量。 实施项目评估与总结，推动持续改进措施落地。 职位要求： 本科及以上学历，项目管理、工程管理或相关专业背景。 3年以上项目管理经验，有独立负责项目经验者优先。 优先IT、制造等行业背景，熟悉行业标准与规范。 熟练使用项目管理工具（如MS Project），具备优秀的沟通协调能力。 持有PMP证书者优先考虑，具备风险管理技能。 Job Responsibilities: Responsible for developing project plans and schedules to ensure clear and executable project objectives. Coordinate project team resources and promote cross departmental collaboration to optimize progress. Monitor project risks and quality, diagnose problems in a timely manner, and take corresponding measures. Manage project budget and costs, monitor expenditures within reasonable limits. Communicate project status and requirements, maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Optimize project management processes to enhance team execution efficiency and delivery quality. Implement project evaluation and summary, and promote the implementation of continuous improvement measures. Job requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in project management, engineering management, or related fields. More than 3 years of project management experience, with independent project management experience preferred. Priority in IT, manufacturing, and other industry backgrounds, familiar with industry standards and regulations. Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project and possessing excellent communication and coordination skills. Priority will be given to those who hold a PMP certificate and possess risk management skills.
