海外销售经理/高级经理（Sales Manager / Senior Manager）

岗位职责： 制定和执行海外市场的汽车销售策略，以实现区域销售目标。 管理销售团队，包括招聘、培训和绩效评估，确保团队高效运作。 开发新客户关系并维护现有客户网络，包括经销商和合作伙伴。 监控市场趋势、竞争对手活动和消费者需求，调整销售计划以应对变化。 协调跨部门沟通，确保销售活动与市场推广、库存管理等部门无缝衔接。 分析销售数据并准备定期报告，为管理层提供决策支持。 组织并参与行业展会、客户会议等推广活动，提升品牌影响力。 职位要求： 学历要求：本科或以上学历，市场营销、商业管理或相关专业优先。 专业要求：具备汽车行业或销售相关背景知识。 工作经验：不限，有汽车销售或海外市场经验者优先。 行业要求：熟悉汽车行业运作，有海外区域工作经验者优先。 技能要求：优秀的销售谈判、沟通和团队管理能力；流利的英语；熟练使用办公软件（如Microsoft Office）。 资格证书要求：持有有效驾驶执照优先；相关销售或管理证书（如CPSM）者优先。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement automotive sales strategies for overseas markets to achieve regional sales targets. 2.Manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure efficient team operations. 3.Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing customer networks, including distributors and partners. 4.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand, adjust sales plans to respond to changes. 5.Coordinate cross departmental communication to ensure seamless integration between sales activities, marketing, inventory management, and other departments. 6.Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to provide decision support for management. 7.Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, customer conferences, and other promotional activities to enhance brand influence. Job requirements: 1.Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields. 2.Professional requirement: Possess background knowledge in the automotive industry or sales. <3.Work> experience: No restrictions, experience in automobile sales or overseas markets is preferred. 4.Industry requirements: Familiar with the operation of the automotive industry, with overseas regional work experience preferred. 5.Skills required: Excellent sales negotiation, communication, and team management skills; Fluent English; Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office. 6.Qualification certificate requirements: priority given to holding a valid driving license; Priority will be given to those with relevant sales or management certificates (such as CPSM).
