海外工厂运营管理经理/高级经理（Factory Operations Manager / Senior Manager）

岗位职责： 负责统筹海外工厂的日常运营管理，确保生产高效和成本控制。 主导工厂流程优化项目，提升整体运营效率和产能利用率。 监督工厂安全规范和合规性，预防生产事故和潜在风险。 协调跨部门团队，推动供应链与物流的优化和整合。 分析运营数据，评估绩效指标，并提出数据驱动的改进建议。 维护工厂设备与设施，保障生产连续性和设备可靠性。 职位要求： 本科及以上学历，工程管理、工业工程或相关专业背景。 5年以上工厂运营管理经验，具有海外工作经验者优先。 熟悉制造业流程，熟练使用ERP系统（如SAP）和数据分析工具。 具备优秀的领导力和跨文化沟通能力，能够有效管理团队。 Job Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating the daily operation and management of overseas factories, ensuring efficient production and cost control. Lead the factory process optimization project to improve overall operational efficiency and capacity utilization. Supervise factory safety regulations and compliance, prevent production accidents and potential risks. Coordinate cross departmental teams to promote the optimization and integration of supply chain and logistics. Analyze operational data, evaluate performance indicators, and propose data-driven improvement suggestions. Maintain factory equipment and facilities to ensure production continuity and equipment reliability. Job requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in engineering management, industrial engineering, or related fields. More than 5 years of factory operation and management experience, with overseas work experience preferred. Familiar with manufacturing processes, proficient in using ERP systems (such as SAP) and data analysis tools. Having excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively manage teams.
