Roles and Responsibilities Lead engineering support for manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and product quality Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and field feedback Partner with design engineering to resolve manufacturability and technical challenges Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and smooth product transfer into manufacturing Own and drive continuous improvement initiatives on yield, cost, quality, and cycle time Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues Ensure manufacturing processes comply with design intent and regulatory requirements Support change management processes including ECO implementation and validation activities Influence cross-functional teams to implement engineering and quality improvements Monitor key production metrics and deliver improvements to customer-focused KPIs Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
