eNVM产品整合工程师

【工作职责】 1. 指导晶圆厂解决公司EFLASH产品线的工艺问题Leading FAB to resolve process issue on GD's EFLASH product line 2. 与公司内其他相关部门合作，分析及解决EFLASH产品问题，提升产品质量Co-work with GD's other related Dep. to improve EFLASH related product quality and competitiveness. 3. 对公司eNVM产品线的规划提供专业意见和建议 Provide professional advise and opinion for GD's eNVM product line roadmap and plan. 【任职要求】 1. 有5年以上eNVM的工艺整合或产品工程经验，Floating Gate base或emerging memory（RRAM/MRAM）优先 >5Y experience on eNVM Process Intergration/Device/Product Engineering. Floating Gate or emerging memory (RRAM/MRAM) experience + 2. 精通1~2种eNVM的工艺及器件 expert on 1~2 types of eNVM process and device. 3. 熟悉55~22nm平面CMOS逻辑工艺流程 familar with 55~22nm standard CMOS logic process
