【工作职责】 1、指导晶圆厂解决公司NAND产品线的工艺问题 ；Leading FAB to resolve process issue on GD's NAND product line ； 2、与公司内其他相关部门合作，分析及改进NAND产品问题，提升产品质量 ；Co-work with GD's other related Dep. to improve NAND product quality and competitiveness； 3、对公司3D NAND产品线的规划提供专业意见和建议。 Provide professional advise and opinion for GD's NAND product line roadmap and plan。 【任职要求】 1、有5年以上2D NAND的工艺整合或器件、产品工程经验 >5Y； experience on 2D NAND Process Intergration/Device/Product Engineering； 2、精通2X~1X世代的2D NAND工艺及产品相关参数设置；expert on 2X~1Xnm 2D NAND Process and/or Product test related parameter setting； 3、有丰富的工艺和ETOX器件经验。expert on ETOX device and process。
