Job Description will independently lead our discover chemistry group. He/She is responsible for multiple discovery projects, ensures alignment of discovery resources to achieve project or strategic program goals, seeks out and effectively coordinates multidisciplinary programs, may lead a multi-disciplinary project team and leads leaders. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a PhD in organic or medicinal chemistry or equivalent experience, managerial experience, and 15+ Yrs postdoc/industry experience, with strong history of accomplishment, high productivity, initiative and innovation. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are required, as well as strong functional expertise in medicinal chemistry.
