Key deal sourcing and evaluation activities, including identifying potential opportunities, assessing strategic fit, and preparing management presentations for internal decision-making.2.Conduct in-depth market research, including epidemiology studies, competitive analysis, market share projections, and treatment landscape evaluations. Minimum . degree in Biology/Medicine/Life science or related areas, Ph.D. /MBA is highly least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or related industries, with solid understanding about drug discovery, research, development and commercialization, rich experiences in pre-clinical or clinical development experience is highly preferred.3.Ability to synthesize complex scientific and market data into clear, actionable insights. 4.Demonstrated expertise in completing end-to-end business development tasks, including deal sourcing and evaluation, with a successful track record in closing complex transactions under minimal supervision (deal sheet required).5.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to connect with BD, R&D, and other departments.6.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English is a must.7.A structured thinker and problem solver with strong strategic and analytical skills.
