(Associate) Director of Investor Relations

Key ResponsibilitiesIR strategy & execution:Assist in developing and executing the company's overall investor relations strategy with a strategic focus on long-term valuation drivers and shareholder engagement. Maintain and expand long-term, stable relationships with global institutional investors and markets communication:A key team member for the preparation for earnings releases, roadshows, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows. Oversee the creation of Chinese and English presentation materials, Q&A documents, press releases, and in-depth business analysis & insight:Continuously monitor and analyze capital markets dynamics, industry trends, peer performance, and shareholder composition. Provide actionable insights and communication recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.Clinical data analysis & investor communication: Serve as a key liaison with various R&D functions to obtain, interpret, and synthesize complex clinical data. Translate clinical trial results and competitive landscapes into clear, investment-relevant insights.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Background: A minimum of 5 years of experience from sell-side, buy-side or a top-tier strategic consulting firm.Scientific or related academic credentials are required.Core Skills: Exceptional communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Must be able to explain complex clinical data and scientific concepts with its implications for the capital markets clearly to a global investment presentation skills:Mastery in crafting compelling, logically structured, and visually professional PowerPoint presentations. Superb organizational skills:Meticulous attention to detail, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving abilities.Personal Attributes: A genuine passion for Investor Relations, with a deep curiosity and desire to learn about capital markets, including how artificial intelligence is reshaping investor communications, market intelligence, and decision-making. Proactive, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.Must be based in Shanghai.
