生物学高级经理

岗位职责： 1）作为项目负责人带领团队开展新药研发项目，涵盖从靶点选择到临床前候选化合物（PCC）确定； 2）带领团队开展大分子、小分子及ADC等创新药物的体外筛选与评估工作； 3）负责创新药物的分子、细胞水平和疾病模型筛选平台的建立，以及筛选项目的方案设计、验证和优化； 4）领导相关疾病靶点（肿瘤/免疫/代谢性疾病/心血管疾病等）的调研工作并形成总结报告，以及进行相关项目的立项工作； 5）负责方案设计、资源协调，以及跨部门合作推进项目进展直至PCC交付。 Responsibilities： 1) Serve as the project lead for new drug R&D projects, covering stages from target selection to the identification of preclinical candidates (PCC). 2) Lead the team in conducting in vitro screening and evaluation of innovative drugs, including biologics, small molecules, and ADCs. 3) Establish in vitro screening platforms at the molecular and cellular levels for innovative drugs, and design, validate, and optimize screening project plans. 4) Lead the research on relevant disease targets (including but not limited to oncology, immunology, metabolic diseases, and cardiovascular diseases), produce summary reports, and drive the initiation of related projects.. 5) Design project plans, coordinate resources, and collaborate with various departments to advance projects until PCC delivery. 岗位要求： 1）分子生物学、细胞生物学、药理学、抗体工程、基因工程、免疫学、生物技术等相关方向全日制博士学历，第一学历为985院校或同等水平院校者优先，具有海外知名院校或研究机构的学习/工作经验者优先； 2）取得最高学位后具有5-10年以上创新药物研发经验和3年以上团队管理经验，熟悉临床前研发全流程，具有2个以上成功推进PCC阶段的项目经验； 3）对前沿生物学技术具有一定的了解和掌握，如基因微扰、酶学、分子生物学、细胞生物学和临床前动物模型等； 4）具备优秀的科研规划、项目管理和跨部门协调能力，能够高效推进多线程研发任务； 5）工作积极主动、求知欲强，有良好的组织能力者优先，有良好的人际交往能力者优先。 Qualifications： 1) PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Antibody Engineering, Genetic Engineering, Immunology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree from a 985 Project university or equivalent institution are preferred. Those with study or work experience at internationally renowned universities or research institutes are also preferred. 2) At least 5-10 years of experience in innovative drug R&D and over 3 years of team management experience. Familiar with the full preclinical R&D process, with experience in successfully advancing at least 2 projects to the PCC stage. 3) Knowledge and practical understanding of cutting-edge biological technologies, such as genetic perturbation, enzymology, molecular biology, cell biology, and preclinical animal models. 4) Strong capabilities in scientific planning, project management, and cross-departmental coordination, with the ability to efficiently advance multiple parallel R&D tasks. 5) Proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to learn. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are preferred.
