疾病生物学总监

岗位职责 1. Manage and build a strong Disease Biology department. 2. Act as a biology leader to initiate, evaluate, prioritize, and set strategy to guide project direction and timelines. 3. Generate new ideas for drug targets as well as file patent applications. 4. Be responsible for in vitro and in vivo assay development and IND enabling studies. 5. Communicate project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leaders. 职位要求 1. PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology, Cancer Biology or related disciplines with 10 years relevant industry experience with extensive experience leading drug discovery project teams from lead optimization to IND enabling studies. 2. Overseas and Multi-National Company experience preferred. 3. Excellent track record of research in biology. 4. Broad knowledge and in-depth understanding of disease biology including but not limited to cancer, inflammation, metabolic disease, and blood disease. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising junior scientists.
