(Associate) Scientist , Bioconjugation Function

Responsibility · Responsible for the ADCs conjugation processes development 、scale-up and tech-transfer. · Collaborate with team members to perform the Bioconjugate stage of GMP production, to provide qualified materials for clinical use. · Drafting relevant operational SOPs, process specifications, batch records and other documentation. · Responsible for compiling application materials according to domestic and international submission requirements. · Responsible for the daily management of conjugation laboratories. Qualifications · Master degree or above in organic chemistry, biochemical engineering, bioengineering with at least 3+ years of related technical and managerial experiences in the biopharma or biotech industry. · Strong experience in developing ADC conjugation technology development and experience in ADC production in pilot scale or commercial scale will be a plus. · Have experience on process development of purification（including ADC, mAb, BsAb, etc.）.
