Scientist / Senior Scientist, Oncology Research

Key Responsibilities: • Design and perform molecular and cell biology experiments, analyze data, and draft study reports. • Design and conduct drug efficacy and pharmacology studies in cancer mouse models. • Summarize and present study findings at internal and external meetings. • Investigate tumor biomarkers, elucidate mechanisms of action of novel anti-cancer agents, and explore new indications or drug combinations. • Conduct literature reviews and propose potential new targets for cancer therapy. • Coordinate internal resources and external CRO/outsourcing services to ensure timely delivery of study results. Requirements: • PhD in biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline; or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. • Chinese mainland and overseas graduates are encouraged to apply if their institution ranks in the top 100 for the relevant subject in the latest QS, ARWU, THE, or USNWR world university rankings. • Proven track record in cancer research (publications, patents, or equivalent project experience). • Hands-on expertise in in vivo oncology studies, including establishment of cell line–derived xenograft models and drug administration via intravenous, intraperitoneal, intragastric and subcutaneous routes. • Strong experience in molecular and cell biology techniques, such as cell culture, western blotting, RT PCR, confocal microscopy, and flow cytometry. • Knowledge of organoid culture and drug testing is an advantage. • Self-motivated scientist with strong attention to detail and the ability to think and work independently. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within timelines. • Good interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin.
