ATE Test Engineer

Job Overview: The candidate will be responsible for Iluvatar products NPI development in ATE engineering area. Candidate should have a strong understanding of ATE S/W & H/W, Test program development, trouble shooting, IC Characterization and Qualification. As the role of Sr. Test Engineer, we expect you could be self-motivated, creative thinking and good communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. ATE test program development for NPI on UFLEX, 93K, or other ATE platforms and release for production; 2. ATE Load board and Probe card design for NPI on UFLEX, 93K, or other ATE platforms; 3. Trouble-shooting and test coverage improvement on ATE; 4. Manage IC Product bring-up, testing, validation, characterization, qualification and release for production; 5. Lead RMA debug and QA/SLT reject debug and drive product quality improvement. Qualifications: 1. BS or above in EE/ME, Minimum 5 years’ experience in ATE test engineering or product engineering; 2. Experienced with ATE SW and HW development on UFLEX, 93K, or other similar ATE platforms; 3. Experience with IC manufacture flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification; 4. Experience of driving product SKU and binning strategy as a plus; 5. Proficient use of lab instruments/tools as a plus; 6. Be familiar with VB, C/C++, Perl/Python scripting language as a plus; 7. Experience of Server type high power/high speed IC products as a plus; 8. Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills.
