结构件采购工程师

岗位职责： 1. 熟悉各种结构件产品的生产工艺，如注塑件、IML、冲压件等，熟悉原材料市场及价格； Knowledge Mechanical commodities manufacturing processes, like injection parts\IML\stamping part\raw material etc. 2.负责新项目定点、开发过程管理及量产时协助物流部门保供等； Responsible for new project nomination, development process management and mass production to support logistics department to ensure delivery smoothly, etc； 3.具备成本分析能力，对原材料、加工费用、期间费用等做出合理测算，熟悉成本模型； Have cost analysis ability, can calculate reasonable cost of raw materials, processing costs, period costs, etc., be familiar with cost model; 4.寻找并落实VAVE及其他降本方案； Responsible for find and implement VAVE strategy redcuce cost plan; 5. 与项目团队合作，对结构件BOM 进行管理， 保证按照项目节点要求按时按质交付； Cooperation with project team , manage the mechanics BOM , make sure the project delivery on time and in quality； 6. 配合销售团队需求，针对潜在新项目询价，需进行多次报价和谈判，寻找降低成本的机会； Cooperate with the demand of sales team, make quotation for potential new projects, need multiple quotation and negotiation, and look for opportunities to reduce cost; 岗位要求： 本科及以上，5年及以上汽车行业的结构件采购（注塑件、IML、冲压件等）相关工作； 有较强的商务基础知识，有一定的商务谈判能力和成本分析能力； 英语能作为工作语言
