MRO采购工程师

岗位职责： 1. 负责MRO供应商管理，持续改进供应商合同、成本管控、付款期限等工作； Responsible for MRO supplier management, continuously improve supplier contract, cost control, payment deadline, etc.; 2. 与内部客户紧密合作，识别和确定内部需求(capex，设备类，备件等)，执行供应商询价单，比较和谈判，以获得最具竞争力的采购解决方案； Work closely with internal customers to identify and determine internal requirements (capex, equipment, spare parts etc.), execute supplier RFQS, compare and negotiate to obtain the most competitive sourcing solution; 3. 严格遵循采购/采购流程和程序，根据内部控制/外部审计的要求优化流程； Strictly follow purchasing/procurement processes and procedures, optimize processes according to internal control/external audit requirements; 4. 关注市场，跟踪市场价格趋势，寻找和引进有竞争力的供应商，以加强合格供应商团队； Monitor the market, follow the market price trend, find and introduce competitive suppliers to strengthen the qualified supplier team; 5. 组织协调供应商相关事宜，具备良好的职业道德，与供应商建立并保持良好的业务关系； Organize and coordinate supplier related issues, have good professional ethics, establish and maintain good business relationship with suppliers; 6. 积极完成主管交代的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 岗位要求： 本科以上学历，英语听说读写流利。 Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken and written English. 5年以上汽车行业采购工作经验，有3年以上capex特别是生产设备采购经验。 At least 5 years purchasing experience in automotive industry, with at least 3 years production equipment purchasing experience. 较强的沟通能力，较强的谈判技巧，能与团队和用户部门很好地合作。熟悉投标流程； Strong communication skills, strong negotiation skills, able to work well with the team and user departments. Familiar with bidding process 有较强的职业道德，解决问题，自学能力强，熟练使用office/ SAP软件，有较强的自我激励和责任感； Strong professional ethics, problem solving, self-learning ability, proficient in office/ SAP software, strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility; 具备成本管控意识和能力。 Have cost control awareness and ability.
