Position Summary & Scope The Purchasing Performance Specialist is a direct report to the Director Purchasing Performance. Goal of function Executing Procurement Controlling Management function to support the functional steering of Group wide procurement activities Ensuring transparent, complete and consistent reporting for Purchasing KPI with the state of art systems and tools such as Power BI; Steering and support of specific key performance topics across all JSS Purchasing organizations Core Responsibilities Responsible for Power BI related purchasing reporting update, trouble shooting and continues development. Supporting from global purchasing performance for all actual / FCST Budget. Managing the interface with regional purchasing controlling and also interface with purchasing functions globally and regionally. Driving and developing reporting efficiency and continues improvement for purchasing. Support Ad Hoc topics from purchasing management Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field. Demonstrated experience in Controlling and/or Purchasing Controlling and/or Purchasing in manufacturingindustry Multi-culture and/or global experience Strong Analytic thinker and good team player Good at Power BI and SAP environment. Fluent English skill in both spoken and written
