视觉工程师

岗位职责： 1、协同机械设计设备视觉系统设计及视觉系统方案评估 Collaborative mechanical design equipment vision system design and vision system program evaluation 2、相机光源选型 Selection of camera light source 3、与PLC、PC软件工程师配合，完成工业智能相机调试，程序编写，保证设备正常运行 Cooperate with PLC and PC software engineers to complete industrial intelligent camera debugging and programming to ensure the normal operation of the equipment 4、验证视觉软件运行的稳定性 Verify the stability of visual software operation 5、 维护客户现场提出程序优化问题 Maintain program optimization issues raised by customers on site 6、研究并学习市场最新技术并落实到应用环节 Research and study new technology and new product, promote the application of new technologies 7、完成标准化建设，编写相应操作指南 Formulate standards for electric and program, write related operate instructions, update, and promote the usage standards. 8、完成部门主管交代的临时任务 Accomplish other tasks temporarily assigned by department supervisor. 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，自动化相关专业优先 Bachelor’s degree or above in major of mechanical automation. 2、视觉相关测试与应用，plc 编程，电气设计，工业弱电控制。 Be familiar with Cognex Insight, Hikvision Vision Master, Keyence XG-Xvision Editor, industrial smart camera software. Familiar with Halcon, vision pro, OpenCV one of the visual libraries. 3、1年以上自动化电气设计经验，有设计过大型非标设备经验者优先 At least over 1 years working experiences in automatic electrical control field and operation of large non-standard production lines. 大学英语4级及以上，良好的英语沟通能力 Above CET4, good reading ability of English. 4、熟悉 康耐视Insight,海康Vision Master，基恩士XG-Xvision Editor 工业智能相机软件使用。熟悉Halcon，vision pro，OpenCV其中一种视觉库。 Be familiar with Cognex Insight, Hikvision Vision Master, Keyence XG-Xvision Editor, industrial smart camera software. Familiar with Halcon, vision pro, OpenCV one of the visual libraries. 5、学习能力强，工作积极主动，有责任心，良好的团队合作技巧 Hard working, good learning capacity, with good spirit of teamwork.
