硬件工程师 Engineer, Hardware

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 检查产品的需求定义，根据产品的需求设计硬件方案； 2. Check the requirements definition of the product and design the hardware scheme according to the requirements of the product. 3. 能独立完成硬件电路可行性研究，原型设计和验证工作; Can individually finish HW circuit feasibility studies, prototype design and validation. 4. 板级模拟、数字电路设计，包括电子元件选型; Detailed board-level analog and digital circuit design, including Component selection. 5. 完成电路的最坏情况分析，失效模式分析等; Finish the worst-case analysis and failure mode analysis of the circuit. 6. 评审硬件详细设计，给出建设性的意见； Review the detailed hardware design and give constructive opinions. 7. 指导带教工程师； Guide the teaching engineer. 8. 带头攻克在开发中遇到的技术难题； Take the lead in overcoming technical problems during development. 9. 总结开发中遇到的lessons learn, 并整理成Checklist推广到后续项目开发中； Summarize the lessons that happened in the development, sort out checklists and promote them to the subsequent project development. 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机类专业； Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Electromechanical, Automation, Computer Technology. 2. 2年以上硬件开发经验； 2+ years’ hardware working experience. 技能Skills: 1. 良好的沟通能力，深入浅出的讲解技术问题； Good communication skills, explain technical problems in simple terms. 2. 精通硬件开发的WCA，DFMEA，PSPICE仿真, IRS等 Expert in WCA, DFMEA, PSPICE simulation, IRS etc. 3. 精通电子设计的相关理论，如数字电子，模拟电子，微控制器等； Expert in relevant theories of electronic design, such as digital electronics, analog electronics, microcontrollers, etc. 4. 丰富的汽车电子产品设计经验，较强的技术敏锐性； Rich experience in automotive electronic product design and strong technical sensitivity. 5. 精通汽车电子产品开发规则与流程； Expert in automotive electronic product development rules and processes. 6. 精通功能安全相关知识； Expert in Functional Safety/ISO26262 knowledge. 7. 良好的英文沟通能力； Good English communication skills for daily collaboration within a global team.
