Global operation Engineer

Key skills are: 1.xpertise of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering principles & process engineering 2.knowledge of SAP, very good MS-Office skills, database knowledge and VBA programming 3.Assertiveness and strong responsibility awareness 4.Problem-solving working style and practice in cross-functional communication 5.Fluent in spoken and written English Main tasks: 1.Create and maintain global valid process descriptions, operating procedures and Work instructions <2.Data> Analysis & Reporting of global manufacturing data for KPI tracking and identification of trends and issues 3.Continuous analysis of internal manufacturing processes and the related data with the identification of potential improvements on quality, costs and productivity <4.support> as a global expert in the implementation and standardization of new manufacturing processes and process changes 5.Analysis and monitoring of production processes at group level to improve efficiency and yield
