Tasks & Responsibilities： 1.Program Timing Management 2.Cost Analysis and Control 3.Program Quality Management 4.Program Tracking and Risk Management 5.Change Management 6.Quotation Organization and TR Communication <7.Global> Program Team Management <8.Finance> / Controlling 9.Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements： Education: • University degree Professional experience: • At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the industry / automotive industry as a global program manager Professional knowledge and skills: • Program Management Systems and Methods • Very good financial knowledge (Business Case, NPV, IRR, Net Profit) • Technical affinity • International cooperation management sense Languages: Business fluent in English. German and Chinese desired.
