工作概要 Summary 根据均胜全球采购战略，按供应商开发管理要求，支持海外区域对中国供应商进行风险评估及可行性分析，对零件进行APQP开发及PPAP认可，确保零件质量状态符合要求；对中国供应商进行准入及定期审核，按风险等级制定相应的提升改进计划，使供应商有能力与均胜建立长期稳定合作关系。 According to Joyson's global procurement strategy and supplier development management requirements, we support overseas regions in supplier risk evaluation and feasibility, conducting parts APQP development and PPAP approval for Chinese suppliers, ensuring that the parts quality status meets the requirements. We conduct access and regular audits for Chinese suppliers, develop corresponding improvement plans based on risk levels, and enable suppliers to establish long-term stable cooperative relationships with Joyson. 主要工作职责Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 配合全球采购制定供应商策略，按需求对供应商进行准入或定期审核 Conduct initial qualification and regular audit of suppliers based on needs, collaborate with Global Purchasing to define Supplier Strategy . 2. 在供应商定点前，与区域技术及供应商质量共同完成出口外购件的可行性评估。 Collaborate with regional engineering team and supplier quality team to perform risk evaluation and complete a feasibility assessment of export purchased parts prior supplier sourcing decision. 3. 定点后对出口外购件APQP及PPAP状态跟踪，确保供应商开发进度和质量状态能够完全满足项目要求。 Track the APQP and PPAP status of outsourced parts for export, ensuring that the supplier's development progress and quality status fully meet the project requirements. 4. 确保出口供应商开发过程中质量问题的有效解决。 Ensure the effective quality problem solving during development phase of export suppliers. 5. 支持量产后被区域升级的供应商质量问题。 Support quality issues of suppliers escalated by regions after mass production. 6. 对供应商能力及绩效进行评估，制定能力开发和改进计划 Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance, and develop plans for capability development and improvement. 7. 对所负责的零件种类进行知识管理，对过程开发进行标准化。 Manage knowledge of responsible commodity and product family and standardize process development. 8. 对供应商质量管理体系有效性进行持续改进。 Continuously improve the effectiveness of the supplier's quality management system as per assigned tasks 工作关系 Position Relation: 汇报线Report Line：GSD经理 GSD Manager 监督任务Supervise：NA 工作联系Contact：全球/区域项目&工程&采购&供应商质量 Global/Regional PM & Engineering & Purchasing & Supplier Quality 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 大学本科及以上 Technical Bachelor's degree or above 2. 8年以上汽车质量相关工作经验 8+ years quality related automotive experience 3. 5年以上对应产品类别的前期质量管理经验或开发经验 5+ years advanced quality management experience or development experience of responsible commodity 技能Skills: 1. 精通质量6大工具 Expert of AIAG quality tools and IATF Quality Management System 2. 精通对应产品类别的工艺过程 Expert of manufacturing process of responsible commodity 3. 英语听说流利 Proficiency of English listening and speaking 4. 良好的逻辑思维能力及问题解决能力 Good in logical thinking and problem solving 5. 有全球工作经验者优先 Working experience in international environment
