高级客户产品规划工程师

工作概要 Summary 解读客户SOR，在AE，CAD人员的支持下布置报价数据，制作技术方案，与客户做TR并获得技术认可，上传BOM及开发费，在经理的指导下结合项目实际调整方案优化成本，定点后负责完成与AE，PM团队的交接。与对应客户建立良好关系，保持客户满意。 Interpret customer SOR, organize quotation data with support from AE and CAD personnel, prepare technical proposals, conduct technical reviews (TR) with customers to gain technical approval, upload BOM and development costs, and optimize costs by adjusting the proposal based on project realities under the guidance of the manager. After nomination, be responsible for handing over to the AE and PM teams. Establish and maintain good relationships with corresponding customers to ensure customer satisfaction. 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 解读客户技术要求，在规定的时间内制作出技术方案，上传BOM，参考图纸及开发费 Interpret customer technical requirements, prepare technical proposals within the specified time, upload BOM, reference drawings, and development costs. 2. 与客户做技术交流，从技术及日程等方面说服客户认可技术方案 conduct technical discussions with customers and persuade them to approve the technical proposal from both technical and scheduling perspectives. 3. 参加Pre-PRG，优化成本，调整方案 Participate in pre-PRG meetings to optimize costs and adjust the proposal accordingly. 4. 项目定点后，准备好包括技术评审表，技术方案等交接资料，并交接给AE，PM团队 After project nomination, prepare handover documents including technical review forms and technical proposals, and hand them over to the AE and PM teams. 5. 与对应客户建立良好关系以保持客户满意 Build and maintain good relationships with the corresponding customers to ensure their satisfaction. 工作关系 Position Relation: 汇报线Report Line：客户产品规划经理 Manager, Customer Product Planning 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 大学本科学历，理工类优先。 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related. 2. 三年及以上安全产品工作经验，对产品性能，开发流程熟识者优先 Having over 3 years’ experience in the product industry, who is familiar with airbag design condition and development process is priority 技能Skills: 1. 了解产品报价流程 Understanding of product quotation processes. 2. 熟练掌握气囊产品的产品结构、特点、性能要求 Proficient in the structure, characteristics, and performance requirements of airbag products. 3. 熟悉主机厂技术要求 Familiar with OEM technical requirements. 4. 熟悉产品制造和装配过程 Familiar with product manufacturing and assembly processes. 5. 较强的沟通，表达能力，较敏锐的新信息感知能力 Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen sense for new information.
