主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 遵循我们关键零部件的长期愿景与策略。将此策略传达给所有相关职能与利益相关者（包括内部和外部）。 Follow the long-term vision and strategy for our key components. Communicate this strategy to all of the relevant functions and stakeholders (internally as well as externally). 2. 基于整合的产品知识，提供有关关键需求与成本目标的生命周期策略，并开展新的核心研发项目。 Based on a consolidated product know-how the core engineer provides a lifecycle strategy with regard to key requirements and cost targets and triggers new core development projects. 识别技术与市场空白，评估机会以产生新的产品创意。Identifying technology and market gaps, assessing opportunities in order to generate new product ideas. 在合适的时间推出合适的产品。Bring the right product at the right time. 负责按照我们的路线图策略实现首选解决方案，以及为达成项目里程碑所需的步骤。Be responsible for the preferred solutions acc. our roadmap strategy and the steps to achieve the project milestones. 3. 与所有相关职能密切协作，且不仅限于GPL SB组织，还包括销售（GKAM）、采购和区域事业部等。Works intensively with all relevant functions also beyond the GPL SB organization incl. Sales (GKAM), Purchasing and regional BU. 4. 以首选解决方案定义为基础，与区域核心代表共同推动全球产品标准化进程。 Drive the global product standardization process based on our preferred solution definition together with regional Core representatives. 5. 与区域核心代表共同推动全球成本降低计划（CRP），以系统性方式提升盈利能力。 Drive global cost reduction programs (CRP) together with regional Core representatives to systematically boost profitability. 6.每年两次更新 steering wheel 关键零部件的定义与内容，包括物料清单（BoM）、参考图、标准FMEA与APQP内容，以及标准材料与工艺定义（与全球 ME 共同完成）。 Update the definition and content of the steering wheel key components twice a year, incl. BoM’s, reference drawings, standard FMEA’s and APQP content as well as standard material and process definitions (together with global ME Steering Wheel). 7. 根据新技术与设计标准的更新，定期确保UDS的更新。Ensure the update of UDS on a regular base depending on new and updated technologies and design standards. 8. 参加与产品线路线图项目相关的DR会议与报价会议，确保产品线标准与路线图的一致性。Attend relevant DR meetings for the roadmap projects and Quotation Meetings to ensure Product Line standards and Roadmap alignment. 9.与区域核心代表共同支持全球新项目报价与应用项目开发，以为客户提供新的技术。Support global acquisition and application projects together with regional Core representatives to qualify new technologies for our customers. 10.在积极主动的前提下，支持的产品与业务策略，协调零部件的需求定义优先级与实现零部件优化的执行。 Support the Overall Product & Business Strategy in pro-active moderate the product and business strategy definition for the component and prioritizing the implementation of requirements and execution of component optimizations. 11. 支持竞争分析活动，结合全球产品趋势、集成技术、法规与客户偏好。Support benchmarking activities -considering global product trends, integrating technologies, legislation and customer preferences. 12. 在核心工程材料方面为标准化与材料开发的主领域作出贡献。Contribute to Core Engineering Materials in terms of the main field in standardization and material development. 13. 与应用工程团队共同支持首批产品上市。Support first product launches together with application engineering teams. 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 相关专业本科以上学历。 Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or other related. 2. 三年及以上传动系统产品开发相关工作经验。 Above 3 years in products development work experience. 技能Skills: 1. 熟悉产品开发的流程。Familiar with the product development process. 2. 熟悉相关产品的产品结构、材料选择、性能要求。Familiar with the product structure, material, and performance requirements of related products. 3. 掌握并能运用形状和位置公差方面的知识。Proficient in and able to apply knowledge of GD&T. 4. 了解相关产品的试验要求。Understand the testing requirements for related products. 5. 了解制造和装配过程中的相关知识。Know the knowledge related to manufacturing and assembly processes. 6. 了解产品投产的要求，了解设计对制造性的影响。Understand the requirements for product ramp-up and how design impacts manufacturability. 7. 了解质量管理体系方面知识，能够使用质量工具，如SPC,MSA,QFD,FMEA,APQP,PPAP等。Knowledge of quality management systems and able to use quality tools such as SPC, MSA,QFD, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc. 8. 很强的主动性和执行力。Strong initiative and execution capability. 9. 良好的英语口语与书面能力；和/或其它语言能力（视项目需要决定）。Proficient in spoken and written English; other language skills are welcome (as required by the project).
