工作概要 Summary 负责方向盘核心研发项目的管理工作，协调资源完成项目任务，领导项目小组达成性能、质量、成本以及期限目标。岗位兼具业务经营管理职能，协助 GPL VP 监控方向盘业务运行状况和关键财务指标，并基于汽车电子专业能力推动重点电子零部件成本分析和降本优化，提升产品线盈利能力与全球竞争力。 Responsible for managing steering wheel core R&D projects, coordinating resources to complete project tasks, and leading the project team to achieve performance, quality, cost, and timeline targets. The role also involves business management functions, assisting the GPL VP in monitoring the steering wheel business operations and key financial indicators, and using expertise in automotive electronics to drive cost analysis and optimization of key electronic components, improving the profitability and global competitiveness of the product line. 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 负责管理核心研发项目的立项、计划、进度、风险、资源及阶段评审，推动跨部门团队按时完成开发、验证、认可与验收。Responsible for managing the initiation, planning, progress, risks, resources, and stage reviews of core R&D projects, and pushing cross-department teams to complete development, verification, approval, and acceptance on time. 2. 协助 GPL VP 监控方向盘业务运行状况，包括订单、销售、项目预算、实际成本、毛利、开发投入、质量损失、库存及现金流等关键指标。协助采取措施改善业务运营状况，提升业务运营效率。 Assist the GPL VP in monitoring the performance of the steering wheel business,including key indicators like orders, sales, project budgets, actual costs,gross profit, development investment, quality losses, inventory, and cash flow. Help take measures to improve business operations and boost operational efficiency. 3. 针对方向盘开关、加热模块、HOD、线束等电子零部件，开展成本拆解、报价分析、供应商对标和成本优化。 For electronic parts like steering wheel switches, heating modules, HOD, and wiring harnesses,carry out cost breakdowns, quote analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cost optimization. 4. 支持推动 VA/VE、平台化、本地化替代及供应链优化。Support promoting VA/VE, platformization, localization, and supply chain optimization. 5. 参与客户沟通、重大项目汇报及项目复盘，推动流程和组织能力持续改进。Participate in customer communication, major project reports, and project reviews, and help drive continuous improvement in processes and organizational capabilities. 工作关系 Position Relation: 汇报线Report Line：业务开发总监 Director of Business development 监督任务Supervise：暂无 None 工作联系Contact： 与公司各部门经理、员工保持良好的沟通和协作，以确保问题的快速解决和工作目标的达成。 Keep good communication and collaboration with managers and employees from all departments to make sure problems get solved quickly and work goals are met. 与客户保持良好沟通，以确保公司项目顺利开发，提升客户满意度。 Keep good communication with clients to make sure company projects run smoothly and boost customer satisfaction. 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 大学本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、电子、项目管理、财务或相关专业。 Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in vehicles, mechanics, electronics, project management, finance, or related fields. 2. 五年及以上汽车行业项目管理、产品开发管理等相关工作经验；具备汽车电子或产品背景者优先。 Over five years of experience in project management or product development management in the automotive industry; candidates with experience in automotive electronics are preferred. 技能Skills: 1. 熟悉汽车开发流程、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、DV/PV、IATF 16949 及项目管理工具。 Familiar with automotive development processes, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DV/PV, IATF 16949, and project management tools. 2. 具备成本意识和财务分析能力，能够理解预算、项目损益、毛利、实际成本、现金流及投资回报等指标。 Has cost awareness and financial analysis skills, be able to understand indicators like budgets, project profit and loss, gross profit, actual costs, cash flow, and return on investment. 3. 熟悉汽车电子件成本构成，具备 PCB/PCBA、芯片、传感器、电机、线束、控制器成本分析经验。 Familiar with the cost structure of automotive electronic components, and experienced in cost analysis of PCB/PCBA, chips, sensors, motors, wiring harnesses, and controllers. 4. 具备优秀的跨部门协调、沟通推动、问题解决能力。 Has excellent skills in cross-department coordination, communication and problem-solving. 5. 具有良好的英语沟通及读写能力。 Good English skills.
