工作概要 Summary 新项目的产线设备策划、安装、调试和验收；在设备产线开发过程应对客户审查；在各项目PR阶段输出需要的资料文件。 New project production line equipment planning, installation, commissioning and acceptance; In addition, in the equipment production line development process to respond to customer review, in each project PR stage output required documents. 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 负责分析及制定新项目的工时定额和人员需求，完成成本评估、产能规划，及新产品报价。 Responsible for analyzing and formulating the time quota and personnel demand of new projects, completing cost assessment, capacity planning and new product quotation. 2. 参加设计评审，负责对产品设计的制造可行性进行评估。 Participate in design review and be responsible for evaluating the manufacturing feasibility of product design. 3. 根据工艺流程并运用精益理念，负责新产品的过程策划。编制工艺文件包括工艺流程图、平面布局图、 PFMEA、产能分析表等资料。 Responsible for the process planning of new products according to the process flow and lean concept. Prepare process documents including process flow chart, layout diagram, PFMEA, capacity analysis table， etc. 4. 根据Global技术或设备标准，负责制订新项目的设备方案，设计或选择新设备与工装、工位器具、工具及其相关的工艺装备，并参与供应商的定点工作，主导生产设备安装调试和技术验收，并归档相关资料。确保新设备和工装符合安全、质量防错和人机工程的要求 According to global technical or equipment standards ,responsible for formulating equipment schemes for new projects, designing or selecting new equipment and tooling, workstation utensils, tools and related process equipment, participating in the appointed work of suppliers, leading the installation, debugging and technical acceptance of production equipment, and filing relevant materials. Ensure new equipment and tooling meet safety, quality error prevention and ergonomics requirements 5. 负责新项目阶段工程变更的实施与跟踪。 Responsible for the implementation and tracking of engineering changes in the new project stage. 6. 参与新项目设备的安全危险源评估，制订相应管理改进方案；培训、指导及监督一线员工的安全操作。 Participate in the safety hazard assessment of new project equipment, and formulate the corresponding management improvement plan; Train, direct and supervise the safety operation of front line staff. 7. 负责 MBOM 的编制更新及追溯系统中的工艺流程设置的审核。 Responsible for compiling and updating MBOM and reviewing the process setting in the traceability system 8. 负责新项目开发流程中的客户产线审核及各种试制，建立和跟踪制造问题清单、确保问题的及时解决，并对产品设计的改进提出意见。 Responsible for customer production line audit and trial production in the new project development process, establish and track the list of manufacturing problems, ensure the timely solution of problems, and put forward suggestions for product design improvement. 9. 参与质量问题的分析和解决。分析过程缺陷，协助解决相关问题。 Participate in quality problem analysis and solution. Analyze process defects and assist to solve related problems. 10. 开发和应用新工艺、新技术和新设备。 Develop and apply new processes, technologies and equipment. 11. 在没有全球标准的情况下，支持概念、流程等的开发到位；确保与全球ME保持一致。 Support development of concepts, processes etc. where no global standard is in place; ensure alignment with Global ME. 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 大学本科或同等学历，机械，机电或工业工程类专业。 Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in mechanical, mechanical or industrial engineering. 2. 有气囊生产设备开发及装配工艺经验。 Experience in development and assembly process of safety belt, steering wheel and airbag production equipment. 3. 3年以上系统开发、实施、维护、管理项目的经验，丰富的工厂应用系统(SAP/MES/LES/Andon/QMS等)实施或开发经验，熟悉软件开发流程和项目实施流程优先。 3+ years’ experience in system development, implementation, maintenance and project management, rich experience in the implementation or development of factory application systems (SAP / MES / LES / andon / QMS, etc.), familiar with software development process and project implementation process is preferred. 技能Skills: 1. 熟悉 IATF16949 及汽车行业相关标准。 Familiar with IATF 16949 and relevant automotive industry standards. 2. 熟悉工业工程基本理论。 Familiar with basic theory of industrial engineering. 3. 熟悉制造业运营相关业务流程，汽车行业优先考虑。 Familiar with business processes related to manufacturing operation, automotive industry is preferred. 4. 良好的沟通能力，团队协作，责任心及工作热情。 Good communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm. 5. 英语优秀，有Global沟通经验优先。 Excellent English, global communication experience is preferred.
