工作概要 Summary 围绕集团运营战略与各工厂业务发展目标，负责制造系统（MES/PLC/自动化）的稳定运行、标准化建设与持续优化。统筹分析智能制造（自动化/信息化/智能化）需求；提供生产线系统技术支持，保障交付与效率提升。作为亚太区PLC负责人，推动区域技术协同与标准统一，促进系统复用与规模化推广。持续引入前沿技术，驱动企业智能制造与数字化运营能力的提升。 Aligned with the group’s operational strategy and factory business objectives, responsible for ensuring the stable operation, standardization, and continuous optimization of manufacturing systems (MES/PLC/automation). Lead the analysis of intelligent manufacturing requirements (automation, informatization, digitalization). Provide technical support for production line systems to ensure delivery and efficiency improvement. As the APAC PLC lead, drive regional technical alignment and standardization to enhance system reusability and scalability. Continuously leverage cutting-edge technologies to advance enterprise intelligent manufacturing and digital operations. 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. MES系统培训与持续优化： 负责MES系统的培训推广与疑难问题总结，根据运营反馈更新培训资料，通过持续改进提升系统运行效率，降低运维成本。 MES System Training & Continuous Optimization: Responsible for the training, promotion, and troubleshooting summary of the MES system. Updates training materials based on operational feedback to enhance system operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs through continuous improvement. 2. 技术标准化与平台建设 ： 负责制造系统技术标准化工作，包括规范底层设备软件编程与硬件标准环境，为顺利导入新应用系统奠定基础；同时，作为亚太区PLC负责人，组织各工厂定期交流会，推动亚太区PLC标准的制定与落地，提升区域内自动化系统的一致性与复用性。 Technical Standardization & Platform Development： Responsible for the technical standardization of manufacturing systems, including standardizing the programming of underlying equipment software and the hardware standard environment, laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of new application systems. Meanwhile, act as the APAC PLC lead to organize regular cross-plant communication, promote the development and deployment of APAC PLC standards, and enhance system consistency and reusability across the region. 3. MES与PLC接口技术支持： 熟练运用MES与PLC接口功能块，能够快速解决新线调试、老线改造及产线运维中出现的各类交互问题。 MES & PLC Interface Technical Support: Proficient in utilizing MES & PLC interface function blocks. Capable of swiftly resolving various interaction issues arising during new line debugging, old line retrofitting, and production line operation and maintenance. 4. PLC程序维护与故障处理： 熟练掌握Joyson西门子PLC及基恩士PLC标准程序，能够高效分析和解决设备PLC程序相关问题 PLC Program Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Highly skilled in Joyson Siemens PLC and Keyence PLC standard programs. Able to efficiently analyze and resolve equipment-related PLC program issues. 5. 生产线系统支持与协同保障： 协助设备维护团队处理日常系统问题，参与过程缺陷分析，提升系统稳定性，确保生产交付，并为横向部门提供所需的技术支持 Production Line System Support & Collaborative Assurance: Assists the equipment maintenance team in handling daily system issues and participates in process defect analysis to improve system stability. Ensures production delivery and provides necessary technical support to cross-functional departments. 6. 技术创新与系统协同： 跟踪了解行业内最新技术趋势，并主导新技术的引进与应用。推动完成各系统间的协同优化，提升整体运行效能 Technology Innovation & System Collaboration ：Keeps abreast of the latest industry technology trends and leads the introduction and application of new technologies. Drives collaborative optimization between systems to enhance overall operational efficiency. 7. 团队带教与流程优化： 负责本岗位序列人员的带教与培养；对本岗位相关的程序文件和工作流程进行规范化管理、持续优化及更新 Team Mentoring & Process Optimization ：Responsible for the mentoring and development of personnel within the job sequence. Standardizes, continuously optimizes, and updates the related procedural documents and workflows for the position. 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 大学本科或同等学历。电气，自动化控制等相关专业。 Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in electrical, automation control, etc. 2. 熟悉制造业运营相关业务流程，汽车行业优先考虑。 Familiar with business processes related to manufacturing operation, automotive industry is preferred. 技能Skills: 1. 5年以上PLC编程经验或5年以上非标行业经验。精通西门子，基恩士(KV8000,KVX系列)，三菱(Q,R,FX系列)PLC程序开发以及调试。 Over 5 years of experience in PLC programming or in the non-standard equipment/automation industry. Proficient in the development and debugging of PLC programs for Siemens, Keyence (KV8000, KV-X series), and Mitsubishi (Q, R, FX series). 2. 有中大型项目PLC编程调试经验；熟悉PLC与上位机的通讯。 Possesses hands-on experience in PLC programming and debugging for medium to large-scale projects; familiar with communication between PLCs and host computers/HMI/SCADA systems. 3. 熟悉变频器、人机界面、伺服等相关产品的应用。有机器人、视觉识别编程经验者优先。 Familiar with the application of frequency converter, HMI, servo and other related products. Experience in robot and visual recognition programming is preferred. 4. 良好的计划和执行能力；良好的沟通能力，团队协作，责任心及工作热情。 Good planning and execution ability; Good communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm. 5. 英语优秀，有Global沟通经验优先. Excellent English, global communication experience is preferred.
