工作概要 Summary 为确保公司信息系统的稳定、持续发展，根据公司IT规划及本部门工作计划，设计和管理各应用系统。 To ensure the corporate information system stability and sustaining development, In accordance with the IT development planning and the department working plan, design and manage applications system. 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 根据公司IT市场发展趋势和公司IT发展规划，制定应用系统开发和更新计划。 According to the IT development trend and IT planning, to schedule the development and upgrade of application system. 2. 根据各部门业务需求，评估、设计和转化应用系统的需求，并进行企业级 IT 应用的整体架构设计，使应用系统与公司的总体软件架构体系保持一致。 According to the business requirements of each department, evaluate, design, and translate them into application system requirements, and perform enterprise level IT application architecture design to ensure that the applications align with the company’s overall software architecture framework. 3. 对软件项目的开发生命周期进行管理，确保需求、蓝图、质量、交付物、实施、上线、应用和数据满足业务要求，项目过程满足程序文件要求。 Manage the life-cycle of software development and ensure the requests, blueprint, quality, deliveries, implantation, go-live, application and data can meet the business requirements. To ensure the process of project meet the requirements of procedure files. 4. 为了确保公司应用信息系统稳定运行和可用，制定和优化对应的程序文件及流程。 To ensure the stability and availability of application system, to formulate and optimize the procedure files and process. 5. 对应用信息系统的运行性能进行分析，提供各系统健康运行的KIP指标和数据 Based on the analysis for running performance of the application system, provide the KIP and data of health of application system. 6. 管理好各系统的主数据，确保数据正确，有效和完整，并制定对应的措施和执行 Manage the main data of application system, to ensure the correctness、availability and integrity and provide the methods and execute. 7. 监督和管理应用系统开发应用的质量 Monitor and manage the quality of development of application system. 8. 严格遵守法律、法规和其他要求，按照ISO14001环境管理体系执行。 Obey the law, rules and other requirement. Execute basing on the requirement of ISO14001 environment system. 工作关系 Position Relation: 汇报线Report Line： 监督任务Supervise： 工作联系Contact： 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 计算机应用、软件开发及相关专业本科学历 Bachelor or above, major in computer or related 2. 5年以上相关IT应用领域相关工作经验，或者5年以上软件开发设计企业相关领域项目开发经验，二年团队管理检验，具备下列条件之一者优先： Minimum 5-years experiences in Related IT system, Or more than 5 years of project development experience in software development and design within related industries ，and two years to lead team.
