Project Management-ECU Development

Job Description Manage full project lifecycle from Kickoff to EOP. Define and maintain project timeline and ensure milestone delivery. Act as main interface to customers and leading meetings and reviews. Coordinate engineering and validation teams for development activities. Manage and control project risks by identifying, tracking, and driving mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle. Own and lead change management activities including change request evaluation, impact analysis, and implementation tracking. Interface with manufacturing to support builds, ramp-up and issue resolution. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electronics, automotive or similar fields. 2-5 years of project management experience in automotive electronics. Familiar with automotive development processes such as APQP and V-model. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills. Clear mind and excellent communication skills. Fluent English in both verbal and written. Basic financial knowledge with capability in project budgeting and cost management. Experience in Global SOP projects and problem-solving capability is a plus.
