生产主管

职位职责： Ÿ 协助生产经理承担以下职责，根据生产计划，部署生产资源，协调人力资源设备资源完成生产任务；Assist the production manager in undertaking the following responsibilities: According to the production plan, deploy production resources, coordinate human resources and equipment resources to complete production tasks. Ÿ 平衡协调生产升级的质量问题,设备问题,人力问题等；Balance and coordinate the quality, equipment, and manpower issues of production upgrade. Ÿ 负责生产车间的相关标准、体系、流程的运行和支持；Responsible for the operation and support of the relevant standards, systems, and processes of the production workshop. Ÿ 与工厂质量一起，分析和解决制造过程的质量问题；Work with the production quality team to analyze and resolve quality issues in the manufacturing process.. Ÿ 负责车间的生产成本相关的控制；Responsible for the control of the production cost of the workshop. Ÿ 负责车间相关管控指标的监控和改善；Responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the relevant control indicators of the workshop. Ÿ 负责车间级的员工培训体系，教材,考核等管理；Fully responsible for the management of the workshop-level employee training system, teaching materials, assessment, etc. Ÿ 负责车间的安全生产责任,根据公司安全制度要求落实并监督； responsible for the safety production responsibility of the workshop, implement and supervise according to the company's safety system requirements. Ÿ 负责组织生产车间5S管理及现场管理活动的实施和监督；Responsible for organizing the implementation and supervision of the production workshop 5S management and on-site management activities. Ÿ 主持车间早会及主导车间突发异常的处理；Preside over the workshop morning meeting and lead the handling of sudden abnormalities in the workshop.
