HR Data Analyst(Contractor)

As Global Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making within the HR function. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analytics and Insights Collect, clean, and validate HR data from internal systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Design and maintain HR analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards, delivering actionable insights and recommendations on headcount, workforce trends, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement for HR teams and senior leadership. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancement. Partner with HR business stakeholders to define and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and in-depth analysis. Manage the annual global employee budget, including actual-to-budget variance analysis and accrual adjustments. 2. Compliance and Governance Collaborate with HR and IT teams to establish and enforce data governance standards, privacy policies, and security protocols to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information. 3. Training Support Conduct regular training sessions for regional HR teams to strengthen dashboard proficiency and ensure data accuracy across systems. Education & Experience： Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in data analytics. Experiences in Manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Skills: Proficient in data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets, translate data into actionable recommendations, present them in a meaningful way. Flexibility with working hours to accommodate different time zones Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Strong business acumen, can work under pressure, highly organized and self-driven.
