工作概要 Summary 负责新产品开发项目管理工作的整体推进和项目总体进度的跟踪。领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求。 Responsible for overall coordination of new product development projects and monitoring their progress. Lead project teams to achieve objectives for quality, cost, and timelines, and develop and adjust plans, optimize resources, and ensure phase-based project tracking and management. 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 监督项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理，策划编制项目开发计划以及相关的APQP文件； Supervise the project team to achieve the quality, cost, expense and deadline objectives, and conduct phase-based project tracking and management plan and prepare the project development plan and related APQP documents. 2. 负责完成客户各阶段的试作交样对应，按期交付满足客户需求阶段样品; Oversee prototype sample submissions at each stage and ensure timely delivery of samples that meet customer requirements. 3. 负责客户端项目日程及风险汇报，客户阶段监察对应; Manage customer project schedules, prepare risk assessment reports, and support customer audits. 4. 负责起草并展示阶段评审资料；负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审； Prepare and present stage review materials; organize project team reviews for each phase ; 5. 负责设计变更&公司内部VAVE国产化的推进。 Manage design changes and drive VAVE localization initiatives within the company. 工作关系 Position Relation: 汇报线Report Line：项目主管 Supervisor, Program 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 大学本科或同等学历，理工类专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related. 2. 三年及以上汽车行业项目管理相关工作经验。 At least three years in program management work experience in auto mobile industry. 3. 具备担任至少1个全新车型、难度系数高的新项目的能力。 Ability to manage at least three highly complex new projects. 技能Skills: 1. 拥有项目管理专业人士资格认证 PMP及以上优先考虑； Own project management professional qualification certification PMP or above is preferred. 2. 熟悉5大工具书,尤其是APQP培训经历; Familiar with the AIAG 5 tools, especially APQP training experience. 3. 熟悉产品、工艺、了解技术，熟悉客户要求、成本知识等； Familiar with products, processes, understanding technology, familiar with customer requirements, cost knowledge, etc. 4. 熟练使用办公室软件（Project、PPT、Excel、Word等）； Proficiency in MS Office applications (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 5. 熟悉项目管理体系及客户开发流程； Familiar with the project management system and customer development process. 6. 熟悉本公司开发流程或者精通同行业开发流程； Familiar with the company's development process or proficient in the development process of the same industry. 7. 具有良好的英语(韩语，日语等)沟通及读写能力; Good English (Korean, Japanese etc.) communication and literacy skills. 8. 具有超强的责任心和良好的工作态度; Have a strong sense of responsibility and a good working attitude. 9. 具有良好的跨团队合作能力，积极主动，善于沟通； Good cross-teamwork ability, proactive and good at communication. 10. 具有良好的逻辑思维能力，善于分析和解决问题。 Good logical thinking ability, good at analysis and problem solving.
