System Engineer 系统工程师

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 负责系统设计架构的制定，包括外部和内部接口 Develop the system design architecture, including external and internal interfaces; 负责编写系统技术设计说明，包括接口规范及系统非功能性属性 Specify technical system design, including interface specifications and non-functional system attributes; 将系统需求分解并分配至各子系统（软件、硬件、机械设计） Assign detailed requirements to sub-designs (software, hardware, mechanical engineering); 识别并管理技术风险与机会 Indicate and manage technical risks and opportunities; 通过原型验证等方式评估系统设计的可行性 Validate system design feasibility (e.g. prototyping); 管理系统需求规范（SysRS）到系统组件及接口的需求可追溯性 Manage requirements traceability from SysRS to system components and interfaces; 参与D-FMEA及FTA分析，确保分析的完整性 Participate in D-FMEA and FTA sessions to assure their completeness; 支持需求负责人及项目经理开展外包相关工作，包括供应商交付系统部件的接口定义 Support the Lead Requirements Engineer and the Project Manager with outsourcing activities, including specification of interfaces to system parts delivered by suppliers; 支持主导工程师开展根因分析相关工作 Support the Lead Engineer regarding root cause analysis activities; 验证产品设计是否满足性能需求 Verify that product performance requirements are met by the design; 学历&经验Education & Experience： 1. 本科及以上学历，电子、机电一体化、自动化、计算机类专业； Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Technology. 2. 3年以上汽车电子产品开发经验； 3+ years’ automotive electronics related products working experience. 技能Skills: 熟悉当前嵌入式系统技术，如基于ARM架构的NXP MCU Knowledge of current embedded systems, such as NXP MCU based on ARM; 掌握系统架构设计原则（架构模式），理解不同的软件和硬件架构 Knowledge of architectural principles (patterns) and different software and hardware architectures; 熟悉标准软件与硬件，掌握CAN / LIN通信及UDS诊断协议 Knowledge of standard software and standard hardware, familiar with CAN / LIN and UDS; 具备分析和理解复杂技术问题及风险的能力 Capability to analyze and understand complex technical problems and risks; 具备良好的跨职能沟通能力，能够与软件、硬件、机械团队及项目/职能管理方协作 Ability to communicate with all development disciplines (software, hardware, mechanical engineering), as well as with project and line management stakeholders (e.g. Project Manager); 熟悉方向盘开关、HOD系统或类似产品的系统接口及组成 Knowledge of system interfaces and components for steering wheel switches, HOD systems or similar products; 掌握FMEA及FTA分析方法 Knowledge of FMEA and FTA methodology; 熟悉功能安全标准ISO 26262，并能在系统设计中考虑其影响 Expertise in functional safety standard (ISO 26262) and ability to consider its implications for system designs; 工作关系 Position Relation: 汇报线Report Line：系统经理 Manager, System
