Job Brief We are looking for an assistant manager/manager to join KPMG Advisory Trusted service line, and support Japanese clients in terms of Internal Control, Internal Audit, Governance and management optimization etc. As project/field in-charge, he/she will be responsible for identifying gap and recommend improving operational efficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members. In addition, this role also requires strong soft skill dealing with client throughout the project, which is a must-have. Key Responsibilities · Perform comprehensive assess and evaluation on business operations, processes, and functions to identify the adequacy and effectiveness against policy and best practice. · Prepare or review the all the deliverables, including work approach, working schedule, work program procedures and final report. · Analyse data, trends, and patterns to identify irregularities, discrepancies, and potential fraud or misconduct, and make recommendations for corrective action. · Maintain open communication with our team and clients as well. · Supervise the work process of junior staff and provide timely feedback to them. · Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. Open for different kinds of consulting service. Experience & Background Fluent Japanese At least 3 years in big4 in terms of advisory service. CICPA or CIA certification preferred Digital/ AI capability preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
