Guangzhou - Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing

Key Responsibilities: Participate in all stages of the project life cycle and take on responsibility in various transfer pricing (TP) projects, including TP documentation preparation, TP defense, TP study advisory, etc. Apply advanced TP knowledge and economic/financial modeling techniques to address client challenges. Manage transfer pricing projects end-to-end, ensuring effective delivery within deadlines. Support Partners in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Work closely with other members of the tax team to support, plan, and execute multi-functional or jurisdictional projects. Promote teamwork and collaboration across service lines. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in TP or related fields (experience at a Big Four firm is preferred). Professional qualifications such as CICPA, TA, CFA, etc., are an advantage. Technical Competencies: Strong analytical and numerical skills with sound knowledge of TP. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel (financial modelling), with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word. Soft Skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning. An analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Good presentation, communication, and writing skills in both English and Chinese. Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
