Key Responsibilities - Responsible for clients’ whole payroll processes, including monthly payroll calculations, payroll registers, final payment calculation, data input in payroll system, preparation of employer's return -Be fully responsible for payroll services within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc. - Complete in-cycle and off-cycle payroll independently (simulation, running, checking, posting, approving and e-banking). - Manage daily communication with clients and coordinate with other party vendors. - Assists in the payroll setup and manage the payroll administration for new clients - Assists to prepare client payroll manual and internal documentations for clients - Acts as a back-up when the Manager is on leave - Perform other duties as assigned - Communicate with cross functional department and all level employees. -Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll routed from Front Office and payroll-related certificates. -Work together with leader to establish and manage the overall payroll process and system by ensuring that the team is following company procedures (payroll run, check, e-banking, etc.), ensure payroll calendars and relevant information are developed and communicated to impacted parties; Utilize methods of continuous improvement and implements improved methods for processing. -Perform other related duties as assigned. Working on projects as necessary and required. Job Specific Requirements -Educated to tertiary level in Business, HR or Accounting disciplines will be an advantage -Experience in Payroll whole procedures -2-5years relevant experience in international companies or professional firms preferred -Working knowledge and experience of the Local country Labor Ordinances, payroll administration and pension regulations -Advanced excel skill set -Sound knowledge of communication skills -Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese About KPMG At KPMG China, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination against any persons.
