Responsibilities: -Work closely with Japanese clients, constantly explore innovative opportunities, reduce business costs, while improving efficiency and enhancing marketing capabilities. -Understand the customer's business, priorities, and leadership agenda -Co create with customers, clarify transformation, and drive customer innovation agenda -Coordinate appropriate teams or capabilities to achieve a successful transformation/innovation agenda for sales and delivery -By gaining a deep understanding of the client and industry, establish a trustworthy partnership with the client's senior management -Collaborate with major departments to provide customers with the most suitable solutions -Drive sales, revenue, and profitability, and be responsible for customer finance/critical business processes -Promote innovative transaction construction and solution development business. Requirements: -At least 10 years of work experience in consulting firms, with independent experience in serving Japanese corporate clients. -Rich knowledge and experience in collaborating with Japanese automotive clients and other industries, and understanding of their cross functional operations -Experience in collaborating and communicating with the leadership of client organizations -Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, as well as experience in communicating and analysing complex ideas, are preferred -Has extensive experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while cultivating, guiding, and motivating team members -Fluent in Japanese and possessing excellent business negotiation skills. -Willing to try new things and accept new challenges. -Flexibility to adapt to customer and project travel needs.
