Key Responsibilities U.S. Tax advisory Assist with US tax consulting projects, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (tax due diligence), ESOP planning, high-net worth individual tax planning, etc. U.S. Tax Compliance Assist with US federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns. Assist with US tax international information returns. Assist with US tax provision projects including calculating/reviewing current tax related amounts and deferred tax related amounts. Corresponding with the US tax authorities on clients' tax matters. Researching and writing tax topics and / or issues. Communicating US tax matters to clients. Experience & Background Bachelor’s degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or a related filed. Professional accounting qualification, AICPA qualification or registered tax agent is preferred. 0 - 5 year of US tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry, big four is preferred. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Effective time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines to deliver quality work.
