Drawing on the global KPMG network, KPMG China's tax professionals can offer a complete suite of tax advisory and compliance services to entrepreneurs, their families and their businesses. Key Responsibilities Provision of various tax advisory services, e.g. cross-border tax planning, individual income tax advisory, employee equity plan advisory, double tax treaties etc. Collaborate with other colleagues in People & Enterprise team and other service lines for business development and engagement delivery Provide a supportive environment for junior staff development and motivation Manage risks within the business by understanding its risk management policies and ensuring compliance from the team Assist in advising on a wide range of individual and corporate tax matters to client such as performing tax research, exploring on possible planning ideas, advising tax implications, performing tax computations as well as liaising with clients and tax authorities Participate in marketing material and proposal preparation Experience & Background At least 3 years experience in a professional service environment, experienced in advisory work. Skillful in business analysis. Good knowledge in China individual income tax, international tax experience is a plus. Experience in employee incentive plan/Salary structure design/employee benefit/organization design or tax advisor services for HNWIs is preferred. Bachelor degree or above Proficient in both spoken and written English Possess good client relationship skills in responding to client enquiries Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel A committed team player with the ability to collaborate with people across the team and offices A positive, optimistic, resilient and “can do” attitude, and is willing to share knowledge and challenge how things are done in order to improve them Strong interpersonal skills including confidence, open-mindedness, diplomacy and empathy and the ability to build credibility About KPMG At KPMG China, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination against any persons.
