Nanjing – Assistant Manager/Manager, Transfer Pricing, Tax

Responsibilities · Performing as the project manager of transfer pricing engagements, and developing and implementing transfer pricing solutions · Managing a team of transfer pricing professionals in supporting, planning and/or delivering projects as appropriate · Building and maintaining strong client relationships · Identifying work opportunities through internal and external network of contacts · Supporting the partners to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects, including marketing initiatives, thought leadership and technology-solutions Requirements · CPA, TA or holder of another relevant credential · At least 2 years of transfer pricing service experience in a professional firm (transfer pricing service experience in Big 4 preferred) · Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills · General knowledge of databases and other technical resources relevant to transfer pricing analyses · Experience in BEPS three tier documentation, TP planning and TP defence, etc.. · Basic understanding of international tax and PRC corporate tax. · Excellent multi-tasking skills, and ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines · Ability to make clear recommendations based on a sound assessment of advice and information gathered · Strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-experts · Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin); other languages represent a potential advantage · Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
