Key Responsibilities Be a principal contact with small to medium sized clients on day-to-day tax matters and work with partners, directors and managers on larger clients; Proactively monitor regular tax reporting / registration processes on client engagements, and effectively delegate to junior team members to complete regular processes in due course; Be involved in personal tax advisory and planning work to a diverse portfolio; Assist with business development and attend client events; Work on multiple concurrent projects and engagements; Assist to maintain financial management of client accounts; Keep internal control records up to date and ensure compliance with quality control and risk management procedures; Coach and provide feedback/direction to other less experienced team members. Experience & Background Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in personal tax advisory or related field preferred Sound knowledge of PRC taxation, in particular personal tax rulings Strong time and project management skills Ability to work as part of a team (i.e., giving clear directions, positive and constructive feedback) Ability to build good relationships with clients Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese About KPMG At KPMG China, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination against any persons.
