Service Line Overview Globally, we are undertaking significant operational transformation to evolve our operating model and enable the firm of the future, delivered through Global’s Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation. This transformation of our operating model and broader value chain is foundational to achieving our Collective Strategy. As a Change Manager, you will be part of the regional team delivering Global’ s Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation across ASPAC. You will support the change agenda by shaping and executing change strategies that enable the transition to the future state operating model. Leveraging your transformation and change management expertise, you will partner with business and global stakeholders to embed new ways of working, drive adoption, and support leaders and teams through the transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration : Build and maintain trusted relationships across ASPAC to ensure seamless integration of change with program delivery. Change Impact Assessment & Analysis : Assess and analyse regional and local change impacts to identify priorities, risks, and readiness gaps. Change Strategy & Planning : Design tailored end-to-end change strategies that align with the maturity and needs of each Member Firm. Change Delivery & Implementation : Lead and support the execution of change activities across key transition phases to ensure successful adoption. Communications & Engagement : Develop and deliver consistent, locally tailored communications to engage stakeholders at all levels. Assets & Global Alignment : Adapt global change assets and act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution in ASPAC. Benefits Realisation & Adoption : Track and drive adoption of changes through defined metrics and targeted interventions to realise intended benefits. Front Office Transformation : Support the integration and embedding of new sales capabilities through close collaboration with the Clients & Markets team. Experience & Background Demonstrated delivery of end-to-end change management on large, complex, national or multi country programs. A strong focus on business outcomes, with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to implementation. Proven ability to scope and plan change activities, identify gaps, risks, and issues, and proactively mitigate them. Strong written communication skills, with experience developing content for digital and internal channels (e.g. portals, news articles, internal social platforms). Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior leaders. A collaborative, values led approach, with the ability to quickly understand stakeholder needs and work effectively across diverse teams. Strong leadership, decision making, self management, time management, teamwork, and presentation skills. Solid experience supporting business led change and driving behavioural adoption. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to quickly absorb and interpret complex information. High levels of self motivation, initiative, and a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
