About The Role
About us KPMG Corporate Finance is a global leading M&A advisor with an international network of over 2600 investment banking professionals in 84 countries. Deal Strategy & M&A (交易战略与并购咨询) team is the corporate finance practice of KPMG China, we act as lead financial advisor on both sell side and buy side transactions and strategic reviews, for public and private corporates, company founders, private equity and management teams, leading all aspects of mandates on behalf of client from inception to completion. Responsibilities Support senior team members on ongoing deals and business opportunities. Conduct sector and company research, potential buyers/targets analysis, comparable companies and transactions analysis etc. Assist in the preparation of business proposals, investment memorandums, reporting materials etc. Evaluate financial information and build valuation models. Coordinate communication with clients, investors and other external parties. Requirement Bachelor or Master degree with an excellent academic background. Basic understanding of accounting and finance is required. Proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is advantageous. We are looking for someone who shows strong interest in the M&A business and be able to learn fast and multitask.
