Guest Relations Officer

To assist theoutlet manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. Operate the outlet under the direction from the Outlet manager as per the standards & procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale. 1. Establishingand maintaining mutual understanding and goodwill between our foreign guests and our hotel staff. 2. As anambassador for the hotel, Management Trainee will ensure that our foreign guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. 3. Assistdepartmental staff and staff from other departments in providing efficient services to our foreign guests. 4. To assist theoutlet manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. 5. Provideinformation and suggestions to our foreign guests, assisting them whenever necessary. 6. Develop andimplement all promotional activities targeting foreigner clients. 7. Handleforeign guests' complaints and provide feedback to management. 8.Some other related work assigned by department leader. Requirements: Have a keen interestin food and the culinary ambitions of the establishment. Willing to work aflexible schedule and holidays. Work in a safe,prudent and organized manner Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management Have the ability to handlemultiple tasks at one time Have excellentcommunication and organization skills Be able to consistentlydelight and satisfy our guest Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude （as required） and some hotel operation knowledge
