Chief Engineer from Urge engineering associates to complete their jobs, and handle accidents if necessary. 监察及巡检所有设备在正常状态，在总工程师下班或休假时，督促属下工作，处理突发事故。 Supervise the daily operation, repair, and maintenance of all engineering systems. Check the attendance and duty records, and other engineering related jobs. 负责监督酒店内各项工程系统每日的操作、维修及保养，监督值勤人员及记录与工程有关之特别事项。 SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 : 1. Ensure all the facilities are working properly during the shift. 确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常 -Check the whole operation of engineering. 视察酒店内所有工程运作 -Regularly tour around all hotel facilities. 定时巡视各项设施 -Report to your managers on the operation status of all equipment before off duty. 于下班前向上级汇报各类机械的运作情况 2. Ensure all devices, maintenance and routine inspection can be complete in time. 确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成 -Follow up all contract projects. 跟办合约工程 -Follow up all uncompleted jobs of the previous shift. 跟办上一班次未完成的工作 -Check all completed projects. 验收完成工程 3. -Handle all emergency cases during the shift. 于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故 -Analysis the causes of troubles. 分析故障原因 -Organize and guide duty technicians to shoot troubles. 组织及指导属下员工修理故障 -Keep in touch with Manager On Duty at all times. 随时与值班经理保持联系 4. -Accelerate effective internal administration system. 促进有效的内部管理系统 -Check the working records of all sections. 检查各小组之工作记录 -Report all completed jobs. 报告已完成之指派工作 5. -nsure sufficient supply of all maintenance materials and tools. 确保内部所需物料及工具之充足供应 -Check the stocks, distribute the usage and give suggestions on replenishment. 检查存量，分配用量及建议补足数量 6. -Accelerate the efficiency of departmental daily operation. 促进本部门之日常操作效率 -Distribute jobs effectively. 有效地分配工作 -Closely supervise the working progress of Engineering associates. 密切监督属下员工之工作进度 -Give proper training to engineering associates. 培训属下员工 -Solve all engineering related problems. 解决各项有关工程问题 -Other duties may be assigned when there are emergence thing in the hotel. 当酒店发生紧急情况时响应工程部的召唤 -Other jobs may be assigned according to the instructions of Chief Engineer 根据总工程师的指示执行其他工作 JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 : Profile of Competency 工作能力: － Be familiar with the functions and programs of engineering system. 熟知有关工程系统的功能及熟知程序 － Knowledge and methods on machinery repair and maintenance. 维修及保养有关机器的知识及方法 － Save records and refer data, and detect troubles accordingly. 能保存记录及参考数据，并依据探察故障 － Be familiar with fixed operation standards. 熟知既定之操作标准 － Be familiar with relevant safety measures and principals. 熟知有关安全措施及守则 － Requirement of basic computer skills include Microsoft Offices and AutoCAD 基本的计算机技能的要求包括微软办公室和AutoCAD绘图软件 Education 教育: － Certificate of professional high school, polytechnic school, or above 职高、中专以上毕业 Job License 资格 / 等级证: － 5 years’ working experiences in hotel engineering department, and 2 years as team leaders. 有五年酒店工程部工作经验，其中二年任主管 － 1 year’s experience in the same position. 一年任相同职位经验 － Technical certificate of medium level or above. 有专业培训证书（分各专业）以上中级资质的上岗证 － Engineering related certificates: HV electrical certificates, LV electrical operation certificate, Air conditioning operation certificate, Boiler operation certificate, Water treatment certificate, Welding certificate, Maintenance fitter certificate,Elevator administrator certificate.
