Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to pre-determined standards and specification. Captain provides operational support to the Barbacoa supervisor, manager/Asst, manager and coordinates all service delivery details with the Beach Club manager 确保根据标准及规则給客人提供高效率的服务。主要职责是支持和配合海滩烧烤餐厅主管和经理及副经理的工作，并和营业点经理一起为客人提供细节服务。
