岗位职责： 1. Hotel business indicators and financial reports酒店营业指标和财政报告 Ø Provide directives and financial guidelines for General Manager. 协助总经理完成酒店的营业指标和财政方针。 Ø Provide comment on hotel's financial report. 对酒店的财政报告提出建议。 2. Maximize Revenue尽量增加收益 Ø Assist and direct on the optimum utilization of hotel resources. 协助指导酒店整体运用资源，争取最大效益 Ø Fully in charge of keeping good relationship with government departments. 全力负责与各政府部门保持紧密联系 3. Ensure compliance with Hotel’s budgets确保酒店预算案的顺畅 Ø Comment on the hotel budget. 对酒店预算案给予建议 Ø Constantly assist to review efficiency and costs of all major expenditures. 协助定期检讨所有主要经费之成本效益 Ø Assist monitor and follow up all outside contractors’ agreement and efficiency, outstanding accounts, etc. 协助监察所有承包商之合约和效率，配合跟进尚未收取的帐务 4.Assist GM to communicate with Owner 协助总经理全力负责酒店与业主公司各方面的工作沟通。 5. Increase overall operational efficiency促进整体操作效率 Ø Assist in the implementation of hotel standard and procedures. 协助酒店推行一套标准的操作规则及程序 Ø Assist in special projects related to the Rooms Division and F&B Department. 配合房务部、餐饮部等部门特殊项目的工作 Ø Fully in charge of handling emergency situations, such as fires, accidents, involving personal injury, breaches of security or house rules promptly. 全力配合处理紧急事情，如火警、意外、人身伤亡、违反保安或酒店规 定等 6. Generate business, develop and maintain goodwill with guests 为促进酒店业务发展，全力参与和客人发展及维系友善关系 Ø Fully in charge of promotional activities. 全力负责酒店对外宣传活动 Ø Persistently act to enhance the local regional and international image. 配合加强酒店在本地及国际上的形象 岗位要求： 1.Fully understand the hotel operation international standards. 全面认识国际酒店主要部门的运作,深切认识酒店运作之规则及水准。 2. Experienced in hotels business over 10 years. 超过10年酒店经验。 3. Ability to coordinate functions into efficient and coherent operation; Liaisons with relevant personnel within the industry, including government representatives. 能够联系各部门及政府部门以求达至有效率及顺畅的运作。 4.Basic English speaking, reading and writing ability 具有基本英语会话及书写能力
