Event Sales & Service Manager 宴会销售及服务经理

岗位概述： Job Summary: 1. 负责完成餐饮宴会销售目标和饭店的收入目标。 2. 通过与客户的沟通，并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。 3. 协助宴会销售及服务总监开发并制作销售计划，并准备预算。 4. 管理并协助餐饮部，宴会部，确保顺畅运作，及时有效的完成每日工作任务 5. 各部门之间协调，确保为客人提供高水准服务，达到其预计希望。 1. Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel. 2. Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews. 3. Assists the Director of Event Sales & Services in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation. 4. Manages and administers the F&B, Catering and Banquet service department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time. 5. Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
